Missed-call text-back
A call you can't take gets a text within thirty seconds, from your business number, with your name on it. The caller who was about to phone the next company stays in your queue instead.
I set up the system that texts the caller back in thirty seconds, answers the web form at midnight, and chases the quote you sent last Tuesday. Then I run it, so there's nothing new for you to manage.
Your hands are in a wall and the phone rings. Somebody fills in the form on your site on Sunday night. You send a quote and never hear back, and nobody on the crew has time to chase it. Nobody was free at that second. That's the whole problem, and it's the easiest one in your business to fix.
The first five items on the menu, set up in your business, in your own accounts, in about two weeks. Then I run it: I watch it, fix it when your tools change, and send you a short monthly note on what it caught.
$2,500 to set up, then $400 a month.
Call answering, estimates from photos, booking. Only after the first step has been live in your business for a while, because those need your price list and your calendar and I want to know how you actually work first.
Quoted separately, once step one has been running a couple of months.
Your phone system is in your name and on your card, usually under thirty dollars a month. So the missed-call text keeps working no matter what happens to me.
Put in your own numbers. The two percentages are guesses, so guess. You get the result on this page right away and a one-page copy by email, which is also the first thing my system does for your customers: answer inside a minute.
I'm building the portfolio for this service, and I'd rather do it with five companies I can drive to than with made-up examples. So the first five get the whole first step, and the website, for one payment. When the fifth one signs, this page changes.
Three of five founder seats remaining.

Call or text. If it's not a fit for how you work, I'll say so.
